The formula
Page RPM = estimated earnings ÷ pageviews × 1,000. Forecast earnings = RPM × forecast pageviews ÷ 1,000.
Example
Earning $850 from 125,000 pageviews produces a $6.80 page RPM. At the same RPM, 250,000 views would estimate $1,700.

No. Geography, seasonality, device, content, advertiser demand and ad placement can change RPM.
Is RPM the same as CPM?
No. Page RPM measures publisher revenue per thousand pageviews; CPM commonly describes advertiser or impression-level cost.
